Children's Social Care at the London Borough of Bromley is seeking highly talented and ambitious people to join us.About the Role:We are looking for two high calibre professionals to lead our Referral and Assessment Service, that includes our team that support practitioners working with children vulnerable to exploitation (Atlas) and our Staying Together Team. The ideal candidate will need to have energy, enthusiasm and motivation to deliver outstanding services for children and families and support continuous improvement. The candidate will have vision that will assist us developing in strengthening our offer to vulnerable adolescents and will have insight, understanding and creative thinking towards the evolvement of Family Help model as part of the Governments Social Reform programmeThe ideal candidates will need to provide strong leadership, support and challenge to a settled management team. They will be responsible for ensuring the day to day running of the Referral and Assessment Service and will be expected to exemplify the values and principles set out in the Bromley Relationship Model and in the Bromley Value and Behaviour Framework.The ideal candidate will also need to work collaboratively with partner agencies and parents to ensure the best outcomes for children.
