- 📞 General Reception Duties: Greet visitors with a smile and assist them as needed.
- 📱 Transferring Calls on a Switchboard: Manage incoming calls efficiently and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- 📝 Taking Messages: Ensure all messages are accurately recorded and communicated promptly.
- ☕ Making Tea & Coffee for Clients: Provide that extra touch of hospitality by serving refreshments to our valued clients.
