Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate a small (Up to 6 Operatives) team of snow clearance operatives during winter weather events.
  • Ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance at all times.
  • Be available for short-notice, ad-hoc shifts as required (including nights and weekends).
  • Attend three mandatory training days between August and December.
  • Work in extreme weather conditions when needed.
Shift Information
  • This is emergency response work – hours will vary.
  • Shifts can be days, nights, weekends, or holidays based on weather.
  • Flexibility and availability at short notice are essential.
What You’ll Need
  • A full, manual UK driving licence (essential).
  • Proven experience in team leadership or supervision.
  • A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
  • A zero-tolerance approach to health & safety practices.
  • No unspent criminal convictions – a DBS check will be required if successful.
To Qualify for Airside Clearance, You Must Provide:
  • 5-year verifiable work/education history.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Proof of National Insurance number.
  • Proof of address dated within the last 3 months.

  • Groundworks, landscaping, plant operation, construction, farming, or similar trades.
