✔ Proven experience working as a chef
✔ Food Hygiene Level 2 (dated within the last 3 years)
✔ Own chef whites and knives
✔ Able to run a kitchen section solo
✔ Organised, hard-working, and reliable
✔ Team player who isn't afraid to muck in wherever needed - including cleaning
✔ Calm under pressure with a real passion for food
✔ Excellent time management and communication skillsKey Responsibilities:
