- Provide insightful regulatory advice and deliver consulting projects on financial crime topics such as AML, market abuse, and anti-bribery and corruption.
- Keep clients informed of regulatory changes and support the alignment of internal documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Design and review client monitoring programmes and thematic risk assessments based on a risk-based approach.
- Conduct onsite compliance reviews and produce high-quality working papers and detailed reports.
- Cultivate strong client relationships while contributing to thought leadership and staying ahead of emerging regulatory trends.

- You are an experienced compliance professional with 2-3 years working in Regulatory Compliance, whether within a consultancy or a regulated investment firm.
- You have solid knowledge of FCA regulations, with expertise in AIFMD, MiFID investment firms, and the Money Laundering Regulations.
- You're well-versed in the FCA Handbook and familiar with compliance frameworks such as SMCR and IFPR.
- You have a proven track record of delivering high-quality client monitoring or advisory work, either in-house or in a consultancy setting.
- You'll confidently develop and implement solutions tailored to meet regulatory obligations.
- You have experience reviewing financial reports and FCA prudential requirements with accuracy and insight.
- You're an excellent communicator with a proactive, enthusiastic approach to client engagement and support.
- You're either qualified or actively working towards a compliance certification such as ICA or CISI.
