- Be the Client's operational point of contact whilst leading the Account's Operational deliverables, ensuring compliance with both Client and EUK governance, contractual KPI's, and required Maintenance standards.
- Lead and direct operational efficiencies that will enhance operational effectiveness.
- Promote and actualise innovative ideas and concepts to drive efficiency, lower costs, and improve service delivery.
- Identify opportunities and support Account promotion and growth, externally and internally.
- Facilitate a consistently positive, collaborative, informed, and solutions-based relationship with the Client and Stakeholders.
- Foster and encourage a working environment of high standards and high performing individuals that are both engaged with EMCOR UK, the Account, and the Client.
- Ensure adherence to, and endorsement of, EMCOR UK Safe Systems of Work and Health & Safety at Work policies and procedures.
- Ensure all records of Operational Compliance are always accurately maintained and 'audit-ready'.
- Lead on investigations, completing RCA, and ensuring Actions are taken.
- Support the EUK KAM Plan through delivery of the Strategic Action Plan and the concepts of Added Value.
- Manage the Account Risk Register, maintaining accurate and up to date records with clear communication to the Client and progressive action taken to eliminate/mitigate the risks.
- Take appropriate and decisive action to resolve any areas of concern within the Operational teams.
- Manage the Account Innovation & Value Add Tracker, maintaining accurate and up to date records with progressive actions taken to develop and actualise items.
- Technical qualifications in an Electrical/Mechanical bias, equivalent to a Level 3 as a minimum, and a background in Maintenance Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years' experience of managing delivery of M&E Operations at a Senior level.
- Knowledge and experience of P&L management and process.
- Able to evident a robust understanding and implementation of Health and Safety strategies.
- Commercial understanding of Procurement frameworks and contractual agreements.
- Experience in working with CMMS/CAFM systems.
- IT Literate including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
- Key account management experience/education would be beneficial.
- Experience of managing M&E delivery within a corporate or Local Authority environment.
- An effective and progressive leader, with experience of directing and developing multi-disciplined engineering teams.
- A self-starter that possesses an infectious energy and enthusiasm to get things done that can persuade others to achieve high standards and goals, displaying a clear and consistent style of leading from the front.
- Adaptable Leadership style to ensure an ability to get the best out of a diverse team of people.
- Display an empathy with customers and clients, with an ability to quickly grasp their needs and galvanise resources to satisfy Client demands.
- Can demonstrate the ability to, and experience in, developing strong relationships with key customers to support strategic account development and long-term sustainable and profitable tenure.

- Possess a clear understanding of transformational leadership, and an ability to change organisations, culture, and behaviours.
- Office-based role at our Eastleigh office. Travel to Client sites as and when required, all within a 90-min commute from Office. Occasional home-working is possible if appropriate.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
- Must be able to pass a DBS check every 2 years.
- Provide leadership and support to a 24/7 operation, alongside the rest of the team.
