If you’re someone who knows how to build trust, spot potential, and help students reset and refocus—you might just be the person they’re waiting for.The role:Work 1:1 and in small groups with students who need behavioural supportHelp build emotional regulation strategies and social skillsCreate a calm, structured environment where students can thriveSupport reintegration into class after challenging behaviourLiaise with pastoral staff, SENCO, and external agencies where neededYou’ll need to bring:A patient, empathetic approach (bonus points for humour and resilience)Experience supporting young people with behavioural or emotional needsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAn understanding of trauma-informed practice or a willingness to learnExtra bonus if you’re Thrive trained!
