- Has practical experience leading BIM implementation across construction projects, aligned to ISO 19650
- Understands Autodesk Revit and CDE platforms (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud)
- Can develop data dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to support reporting and insight
- Has strong skills in managing asset data and ensuring quality, compliance, and integration
- Can build trusted relationships with stakeholders and communicate technical information clearly
