Senior Mechanical Design Engineer - Building Services
Location: Essex - Hybrid
Contract: 6-month rolling
Rate: DOE - Outside IR35g2 Recruitment is partnering with a leading building services company based in Essex, seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to support ongoing retail and commercial projects in London.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead mechanical design for a range of retail and commercial projects
  • Produce and review technical drawings, calculations, and specifications
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in mechanical building services design
  • Retail and/or commercial project background
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, IES, Hevacomp (or similar)
  • Solid understanding of UK building regulations and standards
