  • Assemble mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic components and sub-assemblies to exacting standards.
  • Build fabricated assemblies of varying sizes and complexities using skills such as marking out, cutting, folding, pipe bending, weld joint preparation, and hydraulic and pneumatic runs.
  • Work from manufacturing drawings, general arrangement drawings, and sub-assembly instructions to ensure precision and alignment.
  • Conduct quality checks on completed assemblies to verify dimensions, alignment, and overall finish.
  • Maintain compliance with Health & Safety policies, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Undertake additional duties as required to support the production team and meet company objectives.
What You Will Bring:
  • A solid engineering background with proven experience in mechanical fitting and assembly.
  • Expertise in using hand and power tools to construct large and small fabricated components.
  • Knowledge of circuitry related to pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrics, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in industries such as aviation, military, marine, or similar sectors is highly advantageous.
