- Three plus years of proven experience as a project manager in the digital space, with a demonstrable track record of delivering successful projects and product roadmaps. Experience of working within multi-disciplinary product teams.
- Understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and trends relevant to the travel industry (e.g., websites, mobile apps, e-commerce, UX/UI).
- Expert in delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Devops, MS Tools).
- Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate effectively with developers, designers, and other technical team members.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence stakeholders and motivate teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification.
- Experience with large, complex websites or applications, especially those based on Umbraco CMS.
