- Strategic Leadership: Define and communicate the overall strategy and direction for his/her Tribe, ensuring alignment with Fitch Ratings' objectives and the needs of stakeholder groups.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage multiple Product Owners and their respective squads.
- Coordination and Alignment: Ensure organizational alignment by coordinating with stakeholders and IT partners and maintaining a clear understanding of the roadmap across all squads. Support Squads in identifying dependencies and other execution risks.
- Communication & Priority Setting: Establish and communicate Tribe priorities, focusing on metrics (KPIs and OKRs) and generating business value.
- Delivery Oversight: Oversee the Tribe's quarterly delivery, ensuring that all squads meet their goals and deliver business value.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a senior point of contact for senior management and stakeholders. Establish strong and collaborative relationships with senior managers to understand their teams' priorities and capabilities.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Ratings business. Mitigate risks and ensure that controls are in place and effective.
- Resource Management: Work with IT-partners to allocate resources effectively across squads to ensure optimal delivery and address any resource constraints.
- Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience in product ownership or product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple teams.
- Strong Agile practitioner with Agile certification
- Proven track record of strategic planning and delivering workflow solutions at scale
- Proficiency in Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to oversee complex projects and excel in a high-demand, matrixed organization
- Prior experience in debt capital markets, financial services or consulting
