We are Boden.OverviewAs a Design Admin Assistant, you’ll provide essential administrative and creative support to the Design team, reporting into the Senior Designer. This role sits at the heart of our design function, working closely with fellow DAAs, the wider Design team, and building strong relationships with colleagues in Buying, Merchandising and Garment Technology.You’ll play an integral part in keeping our creative process moving – from managing samples and colour palettes to supporting with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and preparing for key meetings. Positivity, resilience, and a collaborative spirit are essential, along with an affinity for Boden’s values and an understanding of our customer.Location: North Acton office, 4–5 days per weekWhat You Will DoPLM: upload tech packs/artworks, colours and Bill of Materials (BOMS), and support training for new team membersCoordinate email and supplier correspondence.Oversee sample management, from bought to development samples.Approve trims, strike-offs, artworks and lab dips.Manage CP process and trackers.Ensure design and creative spaces are well-presented and organised.Support colour palette work: creation, ordering, and colour management.Set up and maintain seasonal Miro boards and garment range boards, archiving at the end of each block.Create sketches into samples/shapes/prints/logos, including dropping in print where directed.Prepare embroidery and artwork packs.Research competitors and inspirational brands to inform creative direction.Assist with meeting preparation: printouts, sample set-up and accurate note-taking.Manage design trackers and organise copyright processes.What We Are Looking ForBA (Hons) in Fashion Design, Print, Illustration, or Textiles (or equivalent)A strong interest in colour and printExcellent CAD skills, especially Adobe Illustrator & PhotoshopGood awareness of competitors and aspirational brandsPLM experience preferredRelevant internship experience is desirable.Flexible, resilient and adaptable mindsetEnthusiastic, positive attitude with a collaborative team spiritContribution towards a creative, supportive cultureWhat We OfferCompetitive salary & targeted annual bonus scheme.Generous Boden clothing allowance!30% discount on all current clothing ranges.25 days Holiday annually, plus Bank Holidays.Online Portal with an array of discounts on retail & entertainment.Virtual GP Service for you and your household!Free onsite parking and subsidised café.We want Boden to be the place everyone wants to work.
