In addition to the competitive salary, there are also benefits on tap – including...Annual leave (increasing with length of service), a generous pension scheme (matched up to 9%), potential to earn bonuses, enhanced maternity / adoption leave and access to a great range of online and high street discounts.We also promote positive health and wellbeing by offering free access to healthcare, our popular YuLife app, our Cycle to Work scheme and more!As a Part Time Driver LCV (B) based in Skipton you’ll be responsible for:Driving a 3.5T van to deliver plumbing and heating supplies to our customers in the BD areaOn average you will complete 2 - 5 deliveries a dayCarrying out own vehicle checksLoading and unloading deliveries, which involves manual handling of heavy items such as boilers, radiators, toilets and sinksAssisting in the warehouse once back from deliveries with unloading stock, picking & packing orders, stock checks and general warehouse duties.This is a part time, permanent position working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08.00am - 12.00pm and potentially 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 08.00am - 12.00pmAnd here’s what we’d like you to have:Full UK Manual Driving licencePrevious experience working in the Plumbing & Heating IndustryExperienced in driving a 3.5T van doing multidrop deliveriesExcellent communication skillsBasic computer skills and familiarity with PDA devicesTo be a team player who is happy to assist in the warehouse to ensure the smooth running of the branchEagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethicWe look forward to receiving your application!
