Our client is a respected regional Design & Build Fit Out contractor based in Central Manchester with over 30 years experience. Due to an opening they are now looking to appoint an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to oversee commercial aspects of their projects.The majority of the projects completed are small commercial fit outs generally from £100k to £300k but they have completed projects over £2m, all commercial, mostly office but also within the leisure and hospitality sectors.The role involves estimating projects from initial enquiry through to working with the Project manager managing the commercial activites through to completion. This means the role could either suit a Quantity Surveyor with estimating experience or an Estimator wishing to follow through with their projects once won.
