  • Deliver Engaging Lessons: Implement pre-planned lessons or craft your own to captivate young learners, fostering their curiosity and love for learning.
  • Adapt to Diverse Environments: Seamlessly integrate into different early years settings, bringing enthusiasm and adaptability to each classroom.
  • Support Holistic Development: Encourage children's personal, social, and emotional growth through interactive and inclusive activities.
  • Assess and Record Progress: Monitor each child's development, providing feedback to parents and permanent staff to ensure continuity in learning.
  • Maintain a Safe Learning Space: Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring a secure environment for all children
Ideal Early Years Teacher:
  • Qualifications: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), or an equivalent early years qualification.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience working with children aged 0-5 years.
  • Compliance: Possess an enhanced DBS check or be willing to obtain one.
  • Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for early childhood education and a commitment to nurturing young minds.
