Programme Coordinator - ManagementReference Number: JR249511Location: Remote working with the opportunity of working at our Leeds officeWorking Pattern: Full Time, 37.5 hours per weekContract Type: PermanentNumber of roles: 1Salary: £27,000 per annumWe are looking for a Programme Coordinator - Management to join our team.Role SummaryWe are looking for an exceptional individual with a Management related HE academic support background, who can demonstrate a commitment to student-centred learning through innovative programme developments and support for teaching. The individual should have a flexible approach, bepassionate about the management subject area and be able to provide excellent educational opportunities to a diverse range of students. Working with our team of module authors, lecturers and learning technologists, you will contribute to our rapidly growing provision, maintaining our position at the forefront of developments in online education.The Programme Coordinator will support the Programme Director in the monitoring, maintenance and development of the curriculum content of programmes within the Management subject area. You will assist with lecturer and module author resourcing including the training and development of new lecturers and any peer review process. In addition, you will organise and support the dissertation students throughout their projects.The Programme Coordinator is a developmental role. If the link does not work for you, please copy and paste the following URL into your web browser:What you’ll bring to the roleEssential:A Bachelors degree in a relevant subject.The ability to work effectively as part of a team.Excellent communication skills.The ability to prioritise and co-ordinate own workload, solve problems, think creatively, and work to set deadlines.Willingness to take on additional projects as and when required.Desirable:A Masters degree in a relevant subject.Experience of online teaching and/or delivery.Experience of teaching or academic/administrative support in an Higher Education setting.HEA membership.What we dois one of the world’s largest and most experienced providers of online degree education.
