With a strong reputation and a varied project portfolio-including new builds, refurbishments, and major works-this is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated and well-respected team.Sectors Include:

- Report directly to the Senior Management Team on key project developments and issues.
- Lead and resource site-based teams, ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations and deliver training where required.
- Oversee financial performance and productivity across all sites.
- Direct and supervise subcontractors and workforce to ensure timely, high-quality, and on-budget project delivery.
- Proven experience as a Contracts or Project Manager delivering projects up to £10M.
- SMSTS, First Aid at Work & CSCS required.
- NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management (preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
- Willingness to travel within a one-hour radius of the Exeter office.
