CRIMINAL DEFENCE LAWYER, 1 + YEAR EXPERIENCE, GREATER MANCHESTER/ HYBRID, UP TO £38,000. An exciting opportunity awaits a criminal lawyer with police station accreditation to join a respected and well established law firm's dynamic criminal defence team. JOB REF: 0349
  • The appointed Criminal Defence Lawyer will be responsible for managing all aspects of case files, including but not limited to drafting legal documents, taking detailed statements from clients and witnesses, instructing and coordinating with counsel, reviewing evidence, and conducting file reviews as necessary.
  • This hybrid position offers hands-on experience across a wide range of criminal casework and prosecution, with the flexibility to work three days in the office and two days from home.
  • This position is open to experienced paralegals, legal executives, or qualified solicitors who possess police station accreditation or are actively working toward obtaining it, with prosecution experience being beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
