- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar senior culinary role
- Culinary degree or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution
- Valid food safety certification
- Demonstrated passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing, training, and mentoring kitchen staff
- Excellent financial acumen, including budget management and cost control
- Proficiency in menu planning, recipe development, and food presentation
- In-depth knowledge of various cuisines and culinary techniques
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Proficiency in using kitchen management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
