- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to grow market share and increase revenue
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with both existing and new customers
- Identifying opportunities to expand product and service offerings within key accounts
- Working closely with technical and engineering teams to provide tailored solutions
- Experience within the Plastic Injection Moulding sector is highly desirable - but not essential
- A strong track record in technical sales, business development or account management
- Commercially astute with exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and target-driven with a consultative sales approach
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Salary up to £50,000 (Dep On Exp) + commission structure
- Company car or car allowance
