- Salary: Up to £39,000 (Basic) + Bonus (KPI-based)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Weekends required infrequently for cover purposes)

- Managing and leading a team of service staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Overseeing daily service operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to brand standards.
- Achieving and exceeding KPIs and service targets.
- Ensuring a smooth workflow, with attention to the scheduling of jobs, stock control, and customer communication.
- Handling customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Managing resources, training, and development of staff to maintain high standards.
- Reporting to senior management on performance and suggesting improvements.
- Previous experience in a service management role, ideally within a franchise or similar industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work to targets and KPIs.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Valid driving license.
- Up to £39,000 basic salary with an achievable bonus structure based on KPIs.
