
Social Housing Conveyancer

- You'll manage affordable housing transactions from instruction to completion
- Draft documents and issue draft papers to buyer's Solicitors.
- Handle enquiries and you'll take a proactive role in meeting client timescales.
- Communicate directly with our clients and provide them with regular updates.
- Complete transactions and issue invoices.
- Maintain file administration and independently manage your own caseload.
- Previous experience and / or knowledge of property / conveyancing
- A good level of IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products, and case management systems.
- The ability to work on your own initiative and as a member of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent telephone and client service skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload and to meet deadlines.
