Our client is a programmatic marketing business with a proprietary technology stack that enables intelligent, high-performing omnichannel campaigns.With offices across EMEA, APAC, and North America, they are in a strong growth phase and well-positioned for industry changes.The JobManage day-to-day programmatic trading across multiple client campaigns.Optimise performance using advanced techniques to drive outcomes and revenue.Provide regular reporting, insights, and trend analysis.Collaborate with creative teams to execute dynamic creative strategies.Feed into product development by identifying technical improvements.Troubleshoot technical issues and platform-related challenges.Work closely with client services to handle campaign requests and ensure smooth delivery.Monitor pacing and ensure campaigns stay on target.Contribute to campaign innovation by proposing and testing new ideas.Build trust with clients through clear communication, insight sharing, and campaign education.YouProven experience managing programmatic campaigns across multiple DSPs.Hands-on background in trafficking, ad servers, and creative troubleshooting.Exposure to multiple formats including Video, Native, DOOH or Audio.Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.Able to manage multiple campaigns and prioritise under pressure.Comfortable working autonomously and collaborating with multiple internal teams.Personable, solutions-oriented, and detail-focused.The BenefitsHybrid working policy (mix of office and remote)Company bonus schemePension and healthcare plan (including mental health cover)25 days holidayUp-to-date tech and softwareTransparent, collaborative company cultureApply Now
