Just Temps is seeking Assembly Operatives on behalf of a reputable company based in Maldon, Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team in a hands-on role that involves assembling components using hand tools, interpreting technical drawings, and carrying out packing duties.You will need to be detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoy practical work for this role.Key responsibilities include:
  • Assembly components using hand tools
  • Interpreting and working from technical drawings
  • Operating light machinery (training provided)
  • Performing quality checks to maintain high standards
  • Packing finished products
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Meeting daily and weekly production targets
  • Following written and verbal instructions accurately
Requirements include:
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Comfortable standing for the duration of your shift
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Capable of repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
