- Coordinate and oversee OSS supply-chain (frequently used & Extended supply-chain)
- Monitor performance of supply chain against planned activities and escalate as required to achieve planned output.
- Implementation of Short Interval Control including running of daily section review meeting and production of a weekly section report
- Oversee the implementation and management of maintenance schedule for Off-site Solutions
- Oversee the Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) for Off-Site Solutions
- Drive and implement improvement initiatives. Liaising across disciplines to introduce efficiency, productivity and quality improvements.
- Engage with future works, secured and unsecured, regarding off-site manufacturing.
- Ensure packages comply with good design practice and relevant technical group standards.
- Ensure that the package is executed with minimum rework.
- The engineer will ensure that communication trackers are updated, regardless of platform self-generated registers.
- Ensure that plant, access, labour and materials are planned and organised in accordance with appropriate interfaces for the associated works, this should include any procurement activity relevant to a package.
- Liaise with quality department to support right first-time initiative.
- Identifying risks to the Project Management team associated with the delivery of their works raising EWNs as appropriate.
- Provide relevant cost information to relevant QS (where applicable, e.g. PMIs) and provide time estimates that support the programme (where applicable). If required, undertake/support MTO of relevant package of works.
- Produce technical input SoW in accordance with the relevant QS, suitable for an ITT.
- Ensure project change is captured in conjunction with the relevant QS.
- Act safely and work to eliminate hazards at source following BIM and other project reporting procedures as appropriate.
- Complete safety observation card; target 1 per week, recorded on BB APP.
- Complete safety tour; target 1 per month, recorded on BIM 360 Field.
- Able to demonstrate a track record of project delivery
- Proficient in commercial/project management communications
- Able to communicate effectively both verbal and written with all levels of the organisation
- Effective team management skills which empower, influence & inspire others to build effective teams. Providing mentoring and support to members of the team where required
- Commercially astute
- Able to undertake work in high pressure situations
- Good knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics
- Record of a solution-based approach to problem solving
- Ability to see the business vision and inspire this shared vision amongst the team
- Experience of working on a variety of project type
- Member of a professional management body i.e. APM
- Proficient on O365
- Holds a current driving licence
- APM PFQ/PMQ/PPQ
- CSCS and SMSTS or Equivalent
