A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced pensions lawyer to join a forward-thinking and collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone with 5–10+ years’ PQE who is looking to take the next step in their career, working on complex pensions matters for a diverse client base including trustees, employers, and pension providers.Role Requirements:Experience:
- 5–10+ years’ PQE in pensions law
- Broad experience across scheme wind-ups, liability management, GMP equalisation, and regulatory matters
- Advise on a wide range of pensions issues including benefit transfers, M&A, asset-backed funding and scheme governance
- Manage client relationships and deliver tailored, commercially focused advice
- Handle a varied caseload efficiently, ensuring high-quality service and timely delivery
- Contribute to business development through networking, marketing and industry engagement
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to provide integrated legal solutions
- Maintain accurate time recording and support financial performance through effective billing
- Clear and confident communicator with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts
- Skilled at building rapport with clients and understanding their commercial needs
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed
