  • Lead projects from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope & budget
  • Build & manage client relationships, driving business opportunities
  • Select, manage & review subcontractors
  • Oversee financials, including procurement, payments & invoicing
  • Conduct site surveys, reviews & project delivery meetings
  • Provide leadership, communication & problem-solving support to teams
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety & quality standards
Requirements:
  • Proven project management experience in the Mechanical and Electrical industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems
  • Excellent communication, leadership & organisation skills
  • Ability to manage budgets, contracts & multiple projects
  • Business development awareness with a client-focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence
