📢 Job Vacancy: 1:1 Teaching Assistant – Crawley Primary SchoolA welcoming mainstream primary school in Crawley is seeking a committed and experienced Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a pupil with SEN needs .Role Overview:
  • Position: 1:1 Teaching Assistant
  • Location: Crawley, West Sussex
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Working Hours: Full-time, term-time only
  • Contract Type: Temporary with potential for long-term placement
Essential Requirements:
  • Proven experience supporting children with SEN in a primary school setting
  • A valid DBS certificate registered on the Update Service
  • Strong communication skills and a patient, nurturing approach
  • Ability to follow support plans and work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
