You'll be advising a diverse client base on a wide spectrum of commercial matters, including:
- Corporate transactions and business sales/purchases
- Commercial contracts and business structuring
- Banking and finance arrangements
- Planning, licensing, and regulatory compliance
- Employment law and related advisory work
Applications welcome from Solicitors or Legal Executives with:
- 1-5+ years' post-qualification experience in corporate or commercial law
- A strong technical background and sound commercial judgment
- Excellent client care and communication skills
