Duration: OngoingWe are currently seeking a highly experienced Obstetrics Sonographer to join our client in Peterborough. This role involves performing ultrasound scans within a busy maternity ward, contributing to the delivery of high-quality antenatal care. The ideal candidate will be confident in working independently and delivering accurate, compassionate care in a fast-paced clinical setting.Key Responsibilities
Perform obstetric ultrasound scans in accordance with clinical protocols. Provide clear and accurate diagnostic reports. Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the scanning process. Maintain accurate records and adhere to departmental procedures. Collaborate with maternity and clinical teams to support patient care.Qualifications and Experience
- HCPC registration or equivalent.
- Proven experience in obstetric ultrasound within a maternity setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care.
