  • Design and deliver SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions that enable smarter collaboration and stronger compliance
  • Analyse customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions that align with business objectives
  • Support presales engagements, acting as a trusted Subject Matter Expert in your specialist areas
  • Present confidently at customer meetings, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and solution adoption
  • Implement medium-scale and complex solutions independently or as part of a wider delivery team
  • Mentor and guide junior technical staff to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues, ensuring seamless project handovers
  • Stay ahead of evolving Microsoft technologies and compliance solutions, sharing insights with the team
What you'll need
  • Proven hands-on experience with SharePoint (Online and On-premises), OneDrive, Teams, and Microsoft Purview (DLP, Information Protection, Information Barriers, Insider Risk, eDiscovery, and Data Lifecycle Management)
  • Relevant Microsoft qualifications or accreditations
  • Strong ability to design and deliver solutions, and contribute to technical, bid, and project documentation
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills for both technical and business audiences
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative project team
  • Strong negotiation and time management skills, with a customer-first mindset
