Job Title: HGV Class 1 Shunter DriverLocation: Cardiff, WalesEmployment Type: Temp to PermWorking Hours: Monday to Friday Days 0600-0700 starts, average 10-11 hour daysSalary: £15.00ph plus £1.81ph rolled up holiday payMDE Group UK LTD are recruiting for HGV Class 1 Shunter Drivers to join our clients established team based in the Cardiff area.This role involves a lot of yard based duties shifting trailers to be loaded and organising the yard.This is not a clean job for info. There may be some on the road work involved from time to time assisting with tip drops and taking vehicles for MOTRequirements:Excellent knowledge of tacho use and working timeDaily vehicle checks ensuring any issues are reported immediatelyTrailer checksGood customer serviceQualificationsUK HGV Class 1 Licence held for 2 years minimumMax 6 points with no major endorsements (DD/DG/DR/IN/TT/CD/UT)Valid TachoValid CPCWe aim to respond to all candidates within a 7 day period.
