If you are a strong engineer ready to lead structural design on high profile projects, across sectors such as regeneration, education and modular construction, this is the role for you.Key responsibilities include overseeing design delivery, managing project finances, mentoring junior staff, and supporting business development.About you:
  • 6–8 years of structural design experience
  • Chartered or near-chartered (MIStructE or MICE)
  • Strong technical background across all major materials
  • Experience managing teams and delivering projects to budget
  • Proficiency in software such as Tekla, SCIA, and TEDDS
