Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday) part-time availableWe are currently working with a welcoming and inclusive Primary School in West Bromwich seeking a dedicated and experienced HLTA to join their team from September. This school, based in the heart of West Bromwich, offers a supportive and diverse environment where pupils thrive.The Ideal HLTA Candidate Will Have:*A recognised HLTA qualification or a Level 4 or above child-related qualification
*Previous experience supporting learning within a primary school setting
*Confidence in leading small group work and covering lessons in the teacher's absence
*Strong communication skills and a flexible, proactive approach
*A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development as an HLTAPlease note, if you hold only a Level 2 or Level 3 child-related qualification, unfortunately, you will not be considered for this HLTA role.
