The Growth Manager is a strategic role centered around driving significant growth for our client's sales and marketing department. The successful candidate will be expected to identify opportunities for expansion, develop key partnerships, and execute strategies to meet ambitious business objectives.Essentially you will be responsible for growing and nurturing strong commercial relationships, you'll be as comfortable talking to c-suite level stakeholders as you are amongst your own peer group:
  • Identify and implement strategies to drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders - internally and externally
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to execute strategies such as events, white papers etc.
  • Provide detailed reports on growth metrics and performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure growth initiatives align with company objectives
  • Participate in professional development and industry events
  • Commit to maintaining knowledge of unclassified industry trends and developments
