Our client in Kemble, close to Cirencester, is looking for ongoing Van Driver/Picker. This will be an ongoing assignment with opportunities to go permanent after 13 weeks.The role will be starting immediately.Duties:
  • Working within a warehouse environment, picking and packing light clothing goods.
  • Supporting all operations within the warehouse when required.
  • Drive a 3.5t Vehicle when required to transport goods to and from storage facilities
  • General warehouse duties including keeping workstations clean
Requirements:
  • Own transport is required to and from site. This is not on a public transport route so own transport is essential.
  • Safety shoes and Hi Vis are required for all temporary workers with no set uniform required. Protective overalls are provided.
  • Previous experience within a warehouse environment preferred but not essential.
  • Full UK Driving Licence required
Pay:
  • £12.30 per hour
Shifts:
  • Sunday to Thursday 14:00-22:30
You have the opportunity to be trained across multiple departments including, picking/packing, put away and returns. This assignment will involve picking and packing of light clothing goods, majority of which are for outdoor activities.During your time you will be trained to become a multi-skilled warehouse operative with development opportunities for the right candidates. You will also be required to drive a 3.5t company van when required to move goods between storage facilities.
