- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and national leaders in perinatal care.

- Specialist knowledge of working within neonatology in a tertiary unit within the NHS with a current minimum training level of ST5 or above
- Evidence of gaining MRCPCH
- Up to date NLS certification
- An understanding of the current issues and challenges within healthcare and specifically perinatal services
- An understanding of current improvement initiatives and national strategies to improve the safety of maternity and neonatal services
- Experience of project coordination, management or leadership
- Experience of presenting complex information to a wide range of audiences
