  • Running your own caseload from inception to completion of Residential Property matters including freehold/leasehold, purchases and sales and remortgage matters
  • Liaising with clients and third parties
  • Supporting more junior members of the team
  • Taking part in business initiatives
  • Networking locally
  • Providing sound and professional legal advice
  • Preparing documents and correspondence
