Location London or ManchesterHybrid WorkingThe DivisionThe Housing and Regeneration team is one of the largest in the country, and advises on all types of development transactions—from forward funded schemes, s106 acquisitions, golden brick transactions, land led schemes, options/conditional contracts, overage provisions and large scale estate regeneration schemes, and stock rationalisations to general asset management work. It also has a very successful housing management department supporting housing associations with landlord/tenant matters.The Role and ResponsibiltiesWe have an exciting opportunity for a Housing and Regeneration Associate to join our team. The role will involve responsibility for your own caseload, with some support available from Paralegals as well as working closely with the Partners and other Lawyers. For those of you who have an interest in growing business from existing clients as well as targeting and attracting new clients there could also be an opportunity to develop this.Skills and ExperienceThe successful candidate will be someone who can work closely with clients, provide first class practical advice and who is technically proficient in housing and regeneration work.
