This is an excellent opportunity to join a welcoming, supportive team and gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced facilities role.What you’ll be doingThis varied and active role will see you supporting the day-to-day running of the site, carrying out essential checks and coordinating with contractors to ensure the workplace remains safe, compliant, and well-maintained. Key duties include:Conducting FM site checks (fire safety, lighting, water flushing, etc.)Supporting health and safety compliance activitiesManaging and monitoring contractors and suppliersRaising ad hoc reactive maintenance requestsCompleting light front-of-house duties (e.g. greeting visitors)Ensuring facilities are maintained to a high standardYou’ll receive on-the-job training and complete mandatory health and safety training, including:IOSH Asbestos AwarenessFire Incident ManagementManaging Contractors and SuppliersThe team and cultureYou'll join a supportive team of nine based on site in Leicester. One team member is progressing internally, and an apprentice is due to join in August – so you’ll be part of a dynamic and developing environment, with the potential for long-term opportunities.
