
Concessions Coordinator

- Administrative support including store and supplier communication, completing paperwork, attending meetings and maintenance of supplier information.
- Building relationships and working closely with Suppliers and Stores to co-ordinate the day to day running of the concession business.
- Communication of key initiatives, promotional activity and store instructions
- Assist in the set up and sourcing of new concessions to drive sales growth, including completing paperwork and arranging delivery
- Work with stores and area managers to identify and target key product areas for development and growth
- Sales Reporting and Provision of Analysis. Reporting on Concession and Store Performance to help aid decision making, track results, support concession justifications and to produce forward action plan.
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical and confident working with numbers
- Adaptable and able to work within a varied role
- Knowledge of Excel
- Good organisational and time management skills
