THE POSITIONAt Boehringer Ingelheim, we are passionate about improving the lives of animals and the people who care for them. We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Brand Manager to lead brand development and tactical marketing for FRONTLINE®-the UK's No.1 pet parasiticide brand.You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that support market share, sales, and profitability targets. Working cross-functionally, you'll ensure that marketing activities are aligned with global strategies and tailored to local market needs.This is a hybrid role offered on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the development and implementation of tactical marketing plans and product communications
  • Ensure that the brand strategy and marketing mix are adequately adapted to each sales channel's requirements
  • Collaborate with category, and strategic accounts teams to ensure alignment and effective rollout of campaigns
  • Monitor performance, analyse results, and adjust strategies as needed
  • Manage advertising and promotions budgets, evaluating effectiveness and ROI
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions
  • Build strong relationships across the business and with key external partners
REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong commercial focus and extensive marketing experience
  • Proven expertise in brand management and budget ownership
  • Excellent project management and multitasking skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and influencing abilities
  • ATL media and retail market experience is essential
