Pay: Competitive, Based on ExperienceAre you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for flexible, day-to-day work in a thriving secondary school setting? We are seeking a confident, reliable, and adaptable individual to join our team, supporting a busy secondary school located in the B29 area of Birmingham.Key Responsibilities:Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of teaching staffManaging classroom behaviour in line with school policiesEnsuring students remain engaged and on task throughout the dayReporting back to teaching staff on student progress and any issues arisingEssential Requirements:Minimum of 1 year’s experience working within UK-based secondary schoolsAvailability for at least 3 full days per week on a flexible, day-to-day basisConfident classroom management skills and the ability to engage secondary-aged pupilsStrong communication and organisational abilitiesMust have the right to work full-time in the UKAvailable for in-person interviews within the next 3 weeksA competent and demonstrable range of UK secondary school experience is essentialWhat We Offer:A supportive and professional working environmentCompetitive daily rates of pay, reflective of your experienceThe opportunity to work in a variety of subjects and school settingsFlexible working to suit your scheduleTo apply, please send your CV and a short cover letter outlining your availability and experience. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
