We're looking for a Service Delivery Manager to take charge of our Security Operations Centre, overseeing CCTV and Fire Control operations.As the Service Delivery Manager - SOC, you'll work closely with operational managers and frontline teams to ensure excellence in service delivery, driving performance against SLAs and KPIs.This permanent position offers the opportunity to provide strategic direction, hands-on support, and line management to a team of Supervisors and Operators. If you're passionate about operational excellence and team empowerment, the Service Delivery Manager - SOC role is your chance to make a lasting impact.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesYou'll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
- Lead and manage a team of SOC Supervisors and Operators
- Oversee CCTV and Fire Control operations across multiple sites.
- Respond to and resolve security incidents with professionalism.
- Deliver timely and accurate incident reporting to stakeholders.
- Monitor call management and ensure industry-leading service levels.
- Identify trends and implement progressive improvements.
- Liaise with clients on SOC technology and operational matters.
- Conduct drills, scenario testing, and team evaluations.
- Train SOC staff on standard operational procedures
- Ensure SIA compliance and manage performance reviews.
- Recognise achievements through internal awards.
- Support recruitment and maintain staffing levels.
- Manage overtime, sickness, and annual leave planning.
- Coach and mentor team members for growth and development.
- Review and streamline processes across all locations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and support senior management.
- SIA CCTV Licence
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Full clean manual driving licence
- Proven customer service and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Experience in SOC or Control Room environments
- Emergency Services or Security Industry background
- Familiarity with rostering systems (e.g., Timegate)
- IOSH or equivalent qualification
- Understanding of NSI Gold standards
- Incident management applying Command and Control, JESIP, and METHANE protocols
