You will take the lead on complex and high-value transactions and play a vital part in mentoring junior lawyers and driving the team's growth.Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and advising on high-value, complex commercial property matters
- Acting as a trusted advisor to a well-established client base
- Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues to aid their development
- Playing an active role in business development and client relationship management
- Ensuring compliance with firm policies and effective risk management
- Contributing to the strategic growth and vision of the department
- Minimum of 8 years’ PQE with a strong background in commercial property law
- Demonstrable leadership experience with the ability to guide and develop others
- Strong technical knowledge and commercially focused approach
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record in client relationship management
