- 🧾 Managing stock, ordering, and minimising waste
- 👥 Supervising kitchen teams and deputising for Sous Chef
- 🧠 Contributing to menu development and customer satisfaction
- 🎓 NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery (or equivalent)
- ✅ Level 2 Food Safety
- 🧠 Experience in a commercial kitchen
- 💬 Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- 💪 Calm under pressure, with a passion for food and service
🕖 7am-2:30pm | 🕗 8am-2:45pm | 🕐 1pm-9pm | 🕝 2:15pm-10pm
