- To assist in the management of the site services contracts such as; waste disposal, hygiene etc. ensuring a comprehensive service level is maintained within site budgets.
- To ensure that all PPM schedules are kept up to date.
- Identify and repair faults effectively to support operational requirements.
- Building effective working relationships with contractor partners.
- Carry out vetting, permits to work and site inductions for contractors.
- Use Oracle system to purchase equipment for site, raise orders and raise payments for contractors.
- Work alongside current Facilities team (hygiene and site services team members) to ensure all areas of the site is maintained to an excellent standard.
- Give ad hoc support to other areas of the team where required.
- Give ad hoc support to other sites when required.
- Must work well with others in the team and develop a productive working relationship with all functions, and across all levels of management.
- Good prioritisation and time management skills.
- Must be an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to converse at all levels.
- Must have competent PC skills, with a working knowledge of Office and associated programmes.
- Will have a pro-active, motivated approach to work with strong inter-personal skills.
- Can remain calm and work well under pressure in tight deadline situations, displaying exceptional organisational skills.
- Must be flexible with regards to working hours.
