What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Register and qualify new buyers
  • Conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers and manage sales progression
  • Build relationships with vendors and applicants
  • Generate new business opportunities
  • Assist with property listings and marketing
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • Previous experience in estate agency sales
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Highly motivated, with a proactive attitude
  • Team player with a professional manner
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
  • Knowledge of Blackheath and surrounding areas preferred
