- Supervise, plan, organise, and delegate work to your designated workshop team.
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and optimum work execution advice for complex activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with rail and other sector clients, including providing clear progress updates.
- Oversee inspections, strip downs, repairs, rebuilds, testing, and final inspections for a variety of rotating equipment.
- Ensure compliance with quality control, EHS standards, and company reporting requirements.
- Recognised Electro-Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship (or equivalent) with valid certification.
- Extensive hands-on experience with rotating equipment, including motors, generators, pumps, gearboxes, and associated systems.
- Proven track record in supervising and managing multi-skilled engineering teams.
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills, including root cause analysis (RCA).
- Competence in using MS Office and producing clear, accurate, and detailed technical reports.
